The reported prevalence of internet traffic could be much smaller than we expect it to be. It comes down to the fact, that desktop users are able to install tracking-blocking extensions, while mobile users are not.

Words matter - e.g. don't use the word "consumer". The word initially meant "squanderer"; "to consume" now means "to destroy or expend by use" (https://www.dictionary.com/browse/consume). By using the word you are reducing your clients to the role of walking wallets, that only "destroy".
